Weighted average cost
For items using WAC, the engine fetches the current purchase rate from Zoho Books — no manual entry needed. The valuation method is auto-detected per item.
Bill of materials
Define recipes for each finished good — components, default quantities per unit, and units of measure. Save as templates for repeatable production runs.
Auto accounting entries
Correcting accounting entries are posted to Zoho Books via API — debiting finished goods, crediting raw materials, using COA account IDs. Fully automatic.
FIFO stock ledger
A real-time ledger showing every cost layer, consumption, remaining quantity and value — giving you full audit visibility into inventory valuation.
Multi-client ready
Deployed as a single Creator app serving multiple Zoho orgs. Each client's data is isolated by org ID, with separate API connections and settings.

Pick from your Zoho Books item cache. Select quantity and optionally load a BOM template.
Add raw materials
Components auto-populate from the BOM. Adjust quantities for actual consumption. Override if needed.
Cost engine runs
Each item's valuation method is auto-fetched. FIFO items consume cost layers; WAC items use the current average rate.
Post to Books
Inventory adjustments for quantity, then a correcting accounting entry for cost transfer. Batch reference ties them together.
