4. Marketplace Data Usage Restrictions Synqqo
Marketplace data obtained through APIs (Amazon SP-API, Flipkart API, Shopify API) is subject to strict usage restrictions:
- Data is used only for the stated purpose of creating Sales Orders in Zoho Books
- Buyer/customer Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is never used for marketing, advertising, or direct communication with buyers
- Data is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own purposes
- Data is never used for competitive intelligence, market research, or data mining
- Each seller's data is isolated — no cross-account access or sharing
5. Disclosure of Your Information
We will not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may disclose your information in the following limited circumstances:
- With Your Consent: When we have your explicit consent to share information
- Service Providers: Third-party infrastructure providers (Google Cloud Platform) that host the Synqqo application. These providers are bound by their own data protection commitments and do not access your data for any other purpose.
- Platform APIs: Data is transmitted to Zoho Books via their official API to create Sales Orders — this is the core function of Synqqo and is authorised by you during setup
- Legal Requirements: If required by law, court order, or valid government request
- Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, with prior notice
6. Data Storage and Security
Synqqo platform data is stored on Google Cloud Platform with the following security measures:
- Region: asia-south1 (Mumbai, India) — your data does not leave India
- Database: Google Cloud Firestore with encryption at rest (AES-256)
- Transit: All data transmitted over HTTPS/TLS 1.2+
- Authentication: OAuth 2.0 for all platform connections — no marketplace or Zoho passwords are stored
- Access tokens: Encrypted and stored securely; refresh tokens are used to maintain access without storing credentials
- Multi-tenant isolation: Each client's data is stored in separate document paths; application-level access controls prevent cross-account access
- Admin access: Limited to authorised personnel of Gopal Partani & Co for support and troubleshooting only
While we implement commercially reasonable security measures, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
