Which sales channels does Synqqo support? +
Synqqo currently supports Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Shopify. Each channel is a separate connection and is billed at ₹699/month + GST.
What does Synqqo create in Zoho Books? +
Synqqo creates Sales Orders in your Zoho Books organisation for each order placed on your connected sales channel. The Sales Order includes item details, quantities, customer information, and order amounts as received from the marketplace.
What happens if an order fails to sync? +
Your Synqqo dashboard will show the status of every sync attempt. If an order does not sync successfully, it will be flagged with details so you can review it.
Is my Zoho Books or marketplace password stored anywhere? +
No. Synqqo uses OAuth authorisation to connect to Zoho Books, Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopify. You authorise the connection through the platform's own login page — we never see or store your password.
Can I use Synqqo if I am not a client of Gopal Partani & Co? +
Yes. Synqqo is available to any Indian ecommerce seller who uses Zoho Books. You do not need to be a client of the CA firm to subscribe.
